LCP has been an industry leader in drinkware product compliance and safety for many years. We have multiple layers of testing and inspection for all of our products. We comply with all relevant sections of the Federal Hazardous Substances Act a in 16 CFR Part 1500; the heavy metals requirements as specified in 16 CFR 1303 ( total lead ); the FSSE, 21 CFR Parts 175-177; as well as compliance with FDA/GRAS as it pertains to stainless steel. We continue our compliance for leachable lead and cadmium requirements of California Prop. 65. We use approved 3rd party laboratory testing as necessary on all of our products. In addition, because of the recent issues of non-compliant products from China, each accessible component of ALL incoming product orders are tested in-house with our XRF testing equipment. This is to insure that new raw material batches used for our products continue to meet established quality standards.
