ZipShip™ must be clearly designated on the order. Orders must be sent via email to Zip2@lcpmugs.com, or via fax to 208-263-8149. We will send confirmation for each order. Please review carefully.
Artwork must be emailed to Zip2@lcpmugs.com, and is to be vector eps format.
Artwork email must state: distributor name, contact name and phone number, purchase order number, format used.
One color imprint only, in standard location. Two side imprints are okay if normally available on that product. 1008 piece maximum. Even case quantities.
We will send a proof layout via e-mail within 3 working hours of receipt of COMPLETE order and artwork. Your approval and return of the proof is required for us to proceed with the order.
A COMPLETE purchase order must have distributor name, contact name, email address, ship-to address, ship method, layout instructions, item number and description, quantity, item price, screen charge and PMS # for imprint color. If shipment is to be 3rd party shipping, we MUST have the account number, company name and 3rd party billing address.
Completed orders with approved paper proofs returned by 12:00 p.m. PST will ship by the end of the next working day (ie. We receive proof approval at 11:00 a.m. Monday, order will ship Tuesday). Approved proofs received after 12:00 p.m. will ship on the third working day from proof approval (ie. Proof approval arrives 1:00 p.m. Monday, order will ship on Wednesday)
Rush service is based on availability of product. We will display available inventory on our website, updated daily to keep inventory counts current. For critical orders, please call to confirm product availability.
